    How Meshpoints and Spacecubed Foundation collect, use and look after your information. Last updated October 2026.

    Who we are

    Meshpoints is an initiative of Spacecubed Foundation Ltd, supported by Lotterywest. This policy covers the Meshpoints website (the pages under /meshpoints on the WA Innovation Ecosystem Navigator), the Meshpoints Partner Network and the Meshpoints Fund.

    What we collect

    • Messages you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, organisation and message. It is provided by HubSpot, which stores the submission on our behalf.
    • Partner Network and funding applications. When you apply to join the network or apply for a grant, the details you provide (organisation, contact person, project description, budget and reporting) are collected through the Echo Impact platform, which Meshpoints uses to manage the network and the fund.
    • Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device and browser, approximate location). This uses cookies and is not used to identify you personally.

    How we use it

    • To reply to your enquiry and manage your involvement in the Partner Network or a funded project.
    • To assess applications, administer grants and report on the fund’s impact to our funders.
    • To send Partner Network updates, where you have asked for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
    • To improve the website.

    What is public

    The Partner Network directory and the funded-projects list on this site are public by design. They show organisation names, logos, websites, locations, project titles, descriptions and grant amounts. They do not show the personal contact details of the people behind an organisation.

    Who we share it with

    We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (HubSpot, Echo Impact, Google Analytics), with Lotterywest and other funders in aggregate reporting, and where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

    Access, correction and deletion

    You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates, by sending us a message. We will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
