CERI

CERI (Centre for Entrepreneurial Research and Innovation) is a not-for-profit incubator dedicated to elevating Western Australia's innovators and entrepreneurs. It creates a founder-friendly environment that offers practical education programs, mentoring, and even a startup residency, all aimed at helping researchers and early-stage founders turn ideas into sustainable ventures. As a social enterprise, CERI takes no equity or IP from startups, focusing instead on de-risking commercialization and connecting founders with a deep network of experts and industry leaders. Established in 2015 by philanthropist Charlie Bass and primarily funded by the Bass Family Foundation, CERI's mission is to empower the next generation of changemakers and build a stronger, more innovative future for Western Australia.
